Panchamukhi Vinayaka

Panchamukhi Vishnu Ganapati Temple is located about 2 Kms from Shirdi Saibaba Sansthan. The temple has a nice idol of Panchamukhi Vishnu Ganapati. Mr.Bejan Daruwalla, India's famous astrologer is a staunch believer and follower of Ganesha. On 13th June 2002, at the age of 70, he emraced the statue of the Panchamukhi Vishnu Ganapathi at Shirdi.

Instructed and guided at every step by the holy pundits, helped by the prayers of thousands, he along with others, installed and consecrated the Ganesha statue in the new temple.“ This PANCHMUKHI VISHNU GANAPATHI ”has been installed with such a tremendous and transparent sincerity, and a mighty love of common humanity, that anybody who prays here will have his wishes fulfilled. On February 11, 2004, the final “Kalash Kumbh Abhishek” was performed by Swami Shri Paripuranad Saraswati.

An Idol of Mouse is placed at the entrace of the Panchamukhi Vinayaka Temple. It is believed that the devotee needs to whisper his/her wish in the left ear of the mouse but should not disclose it to anybody and that the wish would be fulfilled by the God.

A temple dedicated to Shirdi Saibaba and Annapoorneshwari is situated opposite to Panchamukhi Vinayak Temple.

A temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman is present behind the Panchamukhi Hanuman Temple. A Life size idol of Hanuman is present there.


Daily free meals for the poor, an old age home, a community marriage hall for the villagers, and forty rooms where devotees can stay, all these are planned in land spread over 2 acres.
