This certificate was given to Shri Sai Baba Sansthan under the category of Most visited religious place and Highest provider of religious services in the World. First ever All India Sai Devotees Convention was held on 1st February 1992. It was organized at Shivaji Park in Mumbai. For the first time, sacred Padukas of Shri Sai Baba was ceremoniously brought from Shirdi. Over two lakh devotees participated in the event. Shirdi All India Radio FM Station was launched on Wednesday, 1st February 2017. Sai Baba appeared in the dream of Daji Vittal Sambhaare of Vile Parle who was an alcoholic on this day in 1917, sat on his chest and pressed with full force which caused severe pain to Sambhare. Baba left Sambhare only after the later promised that he will never drink alcohol and will never smoke cigarette again. This event has been mentioned in Chapter 19 of Holy Sai Satcharitra as well but without Sambhare's name against it. However, this incident has been mentioned in Devotee's Experiences of Shri Sai Baba by Shri.B.V.Narasimha Swamiji. |

Honorable Prime Minister of India Shri.Narendra Modi inaugurated the newly built Darshan Queue Complex The new complex built at the cost of ₹112 crores, is a modern, state-of-the-art facility designed to provide an awaiting area for devotees. It is equipped with several waiting halls with a cumulative seating capacity of over 10,000 people and also has the provision of air-conditioned public amenities like cloakrooms, toilets, booking counters, prasad counters, information centre etc. At present, there are four halls on the ground and first floor of the Shantiniwas and Bhaktiniwas – the two old buildings where devotees wait while heading for darshan.
