Dear Sai Devotees,

Salutations to one and all for your continued support to our website www.saiamrithadhara.com, which successfully completed 2yrs of its start on 06/10/11 (i.e. Vijayadashami). The second anniversary celebrations of the website were organized at “Sri Sai Dhanvantari Dhyana Mandir” in Jayanagar 9th Block, Bangalore.

The day’s programme started with Kakada Arathi to Lord Sai Samarth followed by the ceremonial bath to Sai Baba amidst the chantings of hymns from Sri Rudra, Chamaka, Purusha Sukta, Sri Sukta and Durga Sukta. The entire hall vibrated with the sonorous chants from the Vedic hymns and it appeared as though the entire hall got converted to the divine assembly of Gods where Lord Sainath sat in a highest pedestal accepting the homage from all. The Rudra snaan was followed by Laghu Arathi to Maharaj.

At 9:30AM, we started the Mahasankalpa as a sign of commencement of Sai Sahasranama Homa which was attended by a large gathering of Sai Bhakts. Simultaneously Baba was worshipped with 1000 Bel leaves (Sahasra Bilva Archana) and Sacred Ash (Bhasma Archana). This triumvalate programme of Yagna, Bilva Pooja and Bhasma pooja culminated with the Poornahuthi at 12:20PM Noon followed by the Madhyahna arathi and Mahaprasad.

The evening programme commenced with Sri Vishnu Sahasranama parayana and evening Arathi (i.e. Suryastha Arathi). This was followed by melodious bhajans rendered by Sri Gangadhara Tilak and Sri Karthik from 6:30PM to 8:45PM. The morning’s programme which commenced with “Veda” concluded with “Naada” (i.e. bhajan) in the evening. Nay, it wasn’t just Veda and Naada alone, but Bhakti too which coupled up with former two giving a completion to the same. All the devotees who attended this programme felt the very presence of Lord Sainath in his vibrant form.
